Drew Struzan

Drew Struzan is famous for designing posters for dozens of movies. He uses a lot of airbrushing, and his work is quite famous for its composition. Unlike the other people whose work I've posted so far, Drew Struzan painted people accurately from photos, and most of his work has an emphasis on realism (aside from compositional elements like floating heads and stuff)

Greg Staples

Also worked on 2000AD like Bisley and Fabry. His stuff is slightly less grungy and more contemporary, and he sometimes uses digital art as well as traditional painting methods, which is something I'm interested in.

Glenn Fabry

One of Simon Bisley's contemporaries; also worked for 2000AD, as well as Marvel and DC Comics.

Simon Bisley

Simon Bisley used to paint comics for 2000AD. He used black ink, and sometimes acyclic (which is unconventional for comics)
